Xed is Sitellite's built-in WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet (WYSIWYG) content editor. It is the equivalent of a word processing application, such as MS Word or Open Office, embedded directly into your web site, and accessible by you from anywhere in the world, on any platform too. Xed is compatible with Mac OS X and Linux via the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
Sitellite ProfessionalEdition offers a more advanced version of Xed than is present in the GPL edition of the software. This includes a SpellChecker, link and file managers/selectors, a box chooser for embedding dynamic boxes of functionality directly into your web pages, content templates, and much more.
