It is imperative to add $formname parameter to Tie fields if you're doing anything more advanced than a simple form - otherwise all the Javascript magic will be applied to the first form on your page, not the target one!

This really should be in class example because I spent countless hours trying to figure this out - everything works with one form on page and miserably fails as soon as I add, say, devnotes in the left sidebar.
