Creating a new template set can be done by the following steps:

1. Log into Sitellite
2. Go to the ControlPanel
3. Under the "Tools" menu, select SiteTemplate
4. Click on the "New Template Set" link at the top of the page
5. Enter a name for the template set, which should be alphanumerical (no spaces or other special characters, just letters and numbers) then click "Add Template Set"

From there you will be taken to your new template set. You can edit templates, styles, and images by clicking on them. You can add new templates, styles, and images, as well as edit the template metadata, from the links at the top of the page.
