When some text is SmashedTogetherLikeThis, SiteWiki converts it into a link to another page in the site. If the page doesn't exist, then the link is in the form of a question-mark (?) beside the link text, which signifies that the page doesn't exist yet, but that you as a visitor can add it if you like. This makes it really easy to create new pages on a Wiki site.
