When installing Sitellite for a test on your system don't install it into a "sitellite" directory. That is to say, don't let the URL for it be this:

http://www.test.com/myteststuff/sitellite/index

When that URL gets parsed it can cause several problems, including blocking logins and not allowing you to render any pages.

We thought this was no longer the case (internal tests seemed to work), but some people are still reporting problems, so we've added it to the troubleshooting tips as a general guideline.
